USON COMPASS ONCOLOGY CENTER - EAST CAMPUS | Clackamas County OR

This Medical Campus, which will be operated by USON Compass Oncology, will provide Cancer treatment for patient suffering with Cancer. DELA STUDIO was commissioned to design the campus in order to provide multiple gardens which provide respite, soothing textures in plants and materials and an overall peaceful campus feel.

Multiple theme gardens that were designed throughout the Campus which include an Infusion Garden, Staff Respite Garden, a native plant strolling garden and a Grotto Garden. The Infusion Garden was created to be private and peaceful. From the Infusion patient rooms users can see private and serene views into the garden area. A gentle pathway with sitting boulders and a covered patio are also included for family members waiting for their loved ones.

The staff respite garden has sitting boulders and a covered seating area for the staff so that they can relax and decompress from the hardships of their work. The Grotto Garden includes standing vertical stone columns stood up in an artistic manner and lush plantings all covered by the building overhang. The strolling garden includes a meandering pathway with a couple of seating areas that winds throughout a preserved Oregon Oak forest and newly planted native understory.
